Surface preparation

The chemical washing and degreasing process or abrasive blasting (sandblasting) to ensure maximum adhesion and protection against corrosion.
Coating - GEMA Technology

The application of powder paint using advanced GEMA OptiGun (automated) and OptiSelect Pro (manual) systems, which guarantees a perfectly smooth coating.
Quality control

GSB International: A certificate confirming the highest standards of coating processes and the quality of the powders used, particularly essential for construction and facade projects.
Compliance with PN-EN ISO 12944: Our coating systems (including the use of zinc primers) are selected to provide anti-corrosion protection in classes from C3 to C5 (industrial and coastal environments with high aggressiveness).
